We recently participated in a conference demonstrating the power of a strong sales/CRM program. Thoroughbred® worked with Eastern Engineering, a Solution-IV® software user, to integrate a powerful CRM application, SalesForce.com, with Thoroughbred's Solution-IV. Eastern has hundreds of products under contract in the field and wanted to maximize the flow of customer service and equipment information to its sales force. Thoroughbred sends data in realtime to SalesForce.com which can become the focal point of sales activities in the company and the sales database point of entry to the system. The Thoroughbred Solution-IV interface to SalesForce is completed, and Eastern Engineering will be adding other components over time.
