Level II - Program and Data, including limited ability to do real-time transactions on the Thoroughbred Cloud until your system is brought back to service

Level III - Program and Data on a transaction basis using Thoroughbred's DataSafeGuard™. Limited ability to do real-time transactions on the Thoroughbred Cloud until your system is brought back to service

We find many customers with tape back-up systems that are not readable or contain no back-up data at all.
