Current Thoroughbred Environments support AES256-bit encryption that can keep your system data secure when employed.
You can secure your data by encrypting it. See the release notes listed below for more information. There is no noticeable degradation of system performance when the data is encrypted.
Auto-Expanding Direct files can be encrypted using an interface to AES256-bit encryption provided by the OpenSSL Software Foundation, and also conforms to European GDPR "Data at Rest" regulations.
